After an exciting and impressive day on the slopes or after a mountain tour in our wonderful mountains as well as after a hike in the nature, relax in our wellness area. In a very personal atmosphere - modern and cozy.
Enjoy our infrared cabin, our sauna - which is alternately set as a Finnish sauna or steam sauna. After a pleasant sauna our big shower provides a refreshing cooling. Then relax in the resting room.
Sauna experience: The alternation of great heat and cooling trains blood vessels and airways. The skin is thoroughly cleaned, it becomes firm and fresh.
Infrared cabin: The stimulating effect of the infrared deep heat (45 degrees) works e.g. Supporting treatments for treating many ailments, e.g. Hypertension, circulatory disorders, heart and vascular diseases, cellulite, joint inflammation, back pain. Arthritis, rheumatism, artrosis, skin diseases, bronchitis and much more.
The naturepark Kaunergrat
The Naturparkhaus is a successful unity of architecture and nature and a strong symbol for the realization of a common vision. From here there's also a best developed road network to explore the natural diversity. Whether it is local specialties on the most beautiful sun terrace in Tirol or a tour through the multimedial exhibition "3000 m vertical", the nature park house combines recreation and knowledge growth in an extremely enjoyable way.
The restaurant "Gachenblick" offers regional cuisine with a wide view. Tirol's most beautiful sun terrace, breathtaking views and culinary heights with regional products - this is the taste of the Kaunergrat Nature Park! The nature park is also accessible and reachable by public transport - the natur park bus - from June to September.
